We collect your mobile phone number when you book an appointment with our clinic. If you opt in to receive text messages — by checking the SMS consent box on our online appointment request form — we use your mobile phone number solely to send you appointment-related SMS notifications, including confirmations, reminders, and cancellations.
2. No Sharing or Selling of Your Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments (e.g., one message per booking, reminder, or cancellation). We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you will no longer receive appointment-related text messages from us; we recommend contacting the clinic directly to confirm your appointments.

隱私政策 — 簡訊通知服務
唐紹華中医诊所（"本診所"）重視您的隱私，並希望您了解我們如何收集、使用及分享您的資訊，以支援我們的簡訊(SMS)服務。請一併閱讀我們的服務條款。如中英文意思有出入，以上方英文版本為準。

簡訊發送頻率視您的預約情況而定（例如每次預約、提醒或取消各發送一條），我們不會向您發送行銷或推廣簡訊。
4. 簡訊及移動數據費用
簡訊及移動數據費用可能適用，具體請諮詢您的電信業者。
5. 退訂與幫助
您可隨時回覆 STOP 退訂簡訊服務；回覆 HELP 獲取幫助。退訂後您將不再收到本診所的預約簡訊通知，建議您直接致電診所確認預約。
